Hoek Place is a residential/commercial mixed-use development in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
As a brownfield site in a flood hazard zone, the design creatively integrates geotechnical, environmental and structural challenges through the use of mass timber.
The project also utilizes the natural passive systems to maximize energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
